Nanjangud Sri Ragavendra Swamy Mutt, Tirunelveli located near the Perennial River "Tamirabharani". The Temple is basically a Krishnar Temple which was located on the place for the past many years. On 08 December 2011 "His Holiness 1008 Sri Suyatheendra Theertaru" did the Boomi Pooja for Ragavendra Swamy Mutt after exactly two years 9th December 2013 "His Holiness 1008 Sri Suyatheendra Theertaru" and his Successor "His Holiness 1008 Sri Subudheendra Theertaru" did the Prathistaphana of Mutt. Notably Sri Vibhudeendra Theertaru Moola Brindhava is also located near the NSRS Mutt, Tirunelveli. Moola Brindhavana is located on the banks of Tamirabharani River. Now the Mutt comes under the control of Sri Ragavendra Swamy Mutt, Mantralayam.
There are many functions that are happening in the mutt from the Prathistaphana of the Ragavendra Brindhavana. Mutt celebrates Hanumath Jayanthi, Pushpa Laksharchanai, Ragavendra Pattabhishekam, Ragavendra Jayanthi etc..There are many Pilgrimage Centres nearby Mutt like Tiruchendur, Vanumamalai Temple-Nanguneri, Navathirupathi, Suchideendram-Kanyakumari and many places. Many Sevas has been done by Mutt Officials.
